Club

The West Craven Turbines Basketball Club has been been running for just over 16 years and is currently an England Basketball 3 Star Accredited Club with Clubmark.

The West Craven Turbines initially started training at West Craven High School in Barnoldswick, but has since used venues across Pendle and Burnley to increase the opportunities for people in the area to play basketball.

The 2012-13 season will saw the Women’s team make their debut in the Manchester Area Basketball League (MABL) and the Men’s team continue to compete in the Hyndburn League as they have done for the previous 3 seasons.

We also offer local level age group basketball from age 5 and up.

The Men’s 2011-12 season ended with them being crowned runners up of the Hyndburn League Plate Cup for the second year running.
